Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Please note that weekends and Australian public holidays are not included in our processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel throughout its journey.

Shipping Options & Rates
We currently ship within Australia. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping — $8 AUD
  • Express Shipping — $15 AUD
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $80 AUD

Free shipping applies automatically to eligible orders with a subtotal of $80 AUD or more.

Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note that our 1–3 business day processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Express Shipping provides a faster delivery service but does not change our standard order processing time.

Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur with the shipping carrier, particularly during peak periods, public holidays or severe weather. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
